1. Customer Cancellations:
– 24+ hours before pickup: Partial refund.
– Less than 24 hours: No refund.
– Same-day: Advance non-refundable.

2. Company Cancellations: Full refund or free rescheduling.

3. Refund Timeline: Processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable: Packing materials & third-party costs.

5. Rescheduling: Allowed 24+ hours before pickup (extra charges may apply after
that).
