Services: Packing, loading, transport, unloading, relocation.

Booking & Payment: Advance required; balance due before delivery.

Customer Responsibility: Provide accurate info, declare fragile/valuable items, be
present at pickup/drop.

Our Responsibility: Safe handling, skilled staff, timely updates.

Liability: Not liable for natural disasters, accidents, poor self-packing, delays
beyond control.

Cancellation & Refund: Refunds as per Refund Policy.

Prohibited Items: Hazardous, illegal, or perishable goods.
